Our History
Tucked along the tree-lined charm of Bedford’s Longwood Avenue, our bed and breakfast is set within one of the area’s most beloved historic homes. Designed by Virginia architect Everette Fauber, the house is a beautiful blend of southern elegance, timeless craftsmanship, and modern comfort.
Each morning, sunlight pours into the formal dining room — the perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast surrounded by original millwork and a built-in china cabinet. In the afternoons, guests often find themselves curled up by the ornate fireplace in the living room or sipping tea on the screened porch overlooking the gardens.
Upstairs, our thoughtfully appointed guest rooms offer hardwood floors, vintage details, and plenty of space to unwind. For longer stays or extra privacy, a full one-bedroom apartment is available on the terrace level with its own entrance and all the comforts of home.
Whether you're here for a quiet weekend, a celebration, or simply passing through, we invite you to slow down, breathe deep, and feel right at home.
